This program isn’t just safe – it’s specifically built for people with osteoporosis or low bone density, and it’s supervised by qualified professionals to ensure correct technique and progression.

How does the program ensure safety?

At Health Max Exercise Physiology, your safety is our top priority.

All sessions are delivered under the close supervision of an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to ensure correct technique, individual progression, and the best possible outcomes.

Our principal instructor, Tom, has over 10 years of experience in clinical practice. Exercise Physiologists complete a minimum of four years of university training and bring extensive experience in managing medical conditions through exercise.

This level of expertise ensures you're getting high-quality, professional guidance every step of the way.

Class Information

Classes are held at our welcoming studio:
Shop 3, 10 West Promenade, Manly

Our group sessions are designed to be friendly and supportive—ideal for those who are new to weight or impact training.

Most participants begin with little to no prior exercise experience, and that’s absolutely fine. The focus is on building strength, confidence, and capability at your own pace.

Weight and impact training is a crucial but often overlooked component of long-term health, especially for those over 50. To be both safe and effective, it must be performed in a supervised environment, guided by qualified professionals.

While the program is specifically targeted at individuals with low bone density, anyone can benefit. It’s an excellent option for maintaining and building muscle mass, improving functional strength, and enhancing overall quality of life.

Classes Run Every; 

Monday at 9:45 -10:30 am

Tuesday at : 12 - 12:45 and 12:45 - 1:30

Thursday:  12 - 12:45 and 12:45 - 1:30

Friday at : 9:45 - 10:30  am and 12 - 12:45
