'Exercise for bone density has to be targeted and supervised'.
Onero™ includes resistance, impact, and balance training. The program is supervised by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to ensure high levels of safety. The program is safe for people with osteoporosis to complete and is most effective when completing two 45-minute sessions per week.
